Music For Your Context

Andrea Olson
Andrea Olson has always loved worship, writing songs for the Church and leading people into an encounter with God’s Presence. She has been a worship leader in various churches over the past several years. In 2010, Andrea started a unique 1:1 mentorship program for young local worship leaders. As more leaders and churches began reaching out for help and training, God grew Andrea’s passion for worship in the Church and in 2014, Overflow Worship was born. This ministry for Worship Leaders and teams began with the annual Overflow Worship Conference (October 9-10, 2020). Now, in addition, Andrea (with family in tow) travels the Midwest going into churches leading worship, training teams and equipping leaders with practical tools to thrive in their ministry. And now, in 2020, Andrea is releasing new songs for the church to sing (“Monument" coming October 2020) and launching overflowresource.com as a tool for churches to use to train their leaders and worship teams.
Living and Serving from Rest

As leaders we so often “yes" ourselves into exhaustion, in the name of service to God and His kingdom. We even fall prey to the enemy’s trap that our highest calling is what we do for God rather than finding the deep, soul rest of living from Him. Sometimes our hustle can actually hold us back from living in our true identity as God’s people...an identity that holds the key to unlocking the life and the leadership God created us for!

Christy Nockels
As a worship leader for over 25 years, Christy Nockels would tell you that her heart is to simply lead others to connect and communicate with the living God. Christy and her husband, Nathan formed the Christian music duo, Watermark, touring nationwide and recording five acclaimed albums, including seven number one radio singles from 1998 to 2005, before laying down their Watermark journey for the sake of their family. Christy’s voice and heart can be heard on songs like, “Waiting Here For You," as well as her songwriting featured on church anthems like, “Lord, I Need You," and “Healing is in Your Hands." Christy now records for Keeper’s Branch Records, the couple’s independent record label, where they’ve enjoyed releasing fan-favorites like “Be Held; Lullabies for the Beloved". Christy and Nathan live in Franklin, TN where they love to gather around the farm table and even make music with their three children, Noah, Elliana and Annie Rose. They also love to spend time making their home, affectionally called Keeper’s Branch, a place of rest for all who gather there.
So, You Wrote a Song: Now What?

Has God placed words on your heart for your church? Don't quit the music the Holy Spirit has placed in you! Andrea Olson has a passion for writing music for the local church, and she wants to come alongside you in bringing your songs to life and help you know what to do administratively after they are written!
