Clay is an author, communicator, and pastor. Clay has been with North Point Ministries since 2006 and served as the High School Director before stepping into a Lead Pastor role in 2011. He served as Lead Pastor at 2 other North Point Ministries churches, Browns Bridge Church for 4 years and North Point Community Church for 4.5 years, before transitioning to lead Buckhead Church in 2019. Clay holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech as well as a Master’s degree and doctorate with an emphasis in Online Church from Dallas Theological Seminary. He grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, so loves everything Alabama football! He lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, Jenny, and their five children.

Josh Waugh: Associate Pastor of Contemporary Worship and Online at FBC Hendersonville. Josh has a unique gift of pouring into young worship leaders and bridging the gap between generations in music and worship. In 2020, his role shifted to overseeing the online worship experience while continuing to lead on-campus worship services. Josh presents at Lifeway events as well as many others, including the National Worship Leader Conference. Josh and his wife, Susie, live in Nashville and have four children.

Andrea Olson: Andrea Olson has always loved worship, writing songs for the Church and leading people into an encounter with God’s Presence. She has been a worship leader in various churches over the past several years. In 2010, Andrea started a unique 1:1 mentorship program for young local worship leaders. As more leaders and churches began reaching out for help and training, God grew Andrea’s passion for worship in the Church and in 2014, Overflow Worship was born. This ministry for Worship Leaders and teams began with the annual Overflow Worship Conference (October 8-9, 2021). Now, in addition, Andrea (with her husband and three daugthers) travels the Midwest going into churches leading worship, training teams and equipping leaders with practical tools to thrive in their ministry. In 2021, Andrea has released new songs for the church to sing ("You Already Have" released in August 2021) and launched overflowresource.com as a tool for churches to use to train their leaders and worship teams.

In this session, Ben will walk you through some universal microphone principles as well as demonstrate several industry standard micrphones and highlight their strengths and challenges. Over the past 15 years, Hope Darst, has been leading worship, growing her family, and serving the local church. In 2013, after a decade of being in full-time ministry and on staff at her local church, Hope found herself in a season of transition as she focused on being a full-time mom. After a few years, Hope found herself leading worship again and being part of the songwriting team at The Belonging Co. In 2020, Hope signed her first recording contract with Fair Trade Music Services. She is set to release her first single, “Peace Be Still” in February 2020 to be followed by a full album. Hope also appears on both albums released by The Belonging Co. ,“All the Earth” and “Awe+Wonder”. You can find Hope’s music on all platforms. Hope has been married to the love of her life, David, for 14 years. They live in Nashville, TN with their two daughters Olivia and Brooklyn.

Mckendree Augustas Tucker IV is from Saint Simon’s Island Georgia and was raised as a church musician, band leader, worship leader, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Now based in Nashville, TN Mckendree is a producer, composer, songwriter, artist and touring musician. He has written songs featured on MTV, Huffington Post, Upworthy, TBN, various national magazines and Spotify. He has traveled the world playing in various venues from theaters to arenas. He has worked with various Grammy and Dove award winning artists and producers.
